This 53-acre project capitalizes on the unique opportunities of the site due to the Lincoln Light Rail Station being located on the property. Using this as a catalyst, the plan radiates off the station and uses it as a focal point and creates a pedestrian scaled mixed-use neighborhood.
The program calls for a mixture of uses in order to capitalize on the varying peak requirements of parking for each use. As a result, parking areas are utilized from 18-24 hours a day rather than the normal 8-10 hours.
